The conversion of a Grade II listed building in Bristol has secured a £5.38m facility from Atelier.
This funding will allow Rengen Developments to refurbish Hanover House and convert it into a 26-bed student accommodation scheme. This will include a flat and 25 self-contained studios.
The project is scheduled for completion before the 2024/25 academic year starts.

Atelier is targeting Bristol due to its high student population and shortage of student accommodation.
Matt Measures, senior investment manager at Atelier, said: “We are delighted to be funding this conversion of a fantastic Grade II listed building.
“This is the seventh scheme we have worked on with our client, Rengen, and we are equally pleased to continue this well-established PBSA developer in the south west.”
